So, Bob podcast — We’re back for season 2

The So, Bob podcast preaches taking control of your tech — rather than letting tech control you.  So as software developers might say, we ate our own dog food and took a decent break after season one’s last episode in July. But The So, Bob podcast is back starting on Monday, and I hope you’ll like all the improvements we’ve made.

We’ll have a full season that deals with broad issues like tech and happiness, tech and love, tech and fun, and finally, tech and money.  There will be listener-driven minisodes where we take on specific questions, such as, “Do I need a VPN?”

But what I’m really excited about is a special series we’ve spent six months preparing for you on the future of privacy. It’s a complicated subject, and we give it the time and attention it deserves, thanks in large part to a sponsorship from Intel and help from students at Duke University. That will all make sense when the series rolls out later this fall.

For now, to whet your appetite, please give a listen to the Season 2 trailer, either by clicking play below (if a button appears — browsers!) or by heading over to iTunes or to Stitcher.
